Because we are the factory, Palm Casual has the ability to offer the highest quality outdoor furniture paired with world class service. Since 1979, our factory showrooms have done our best to make the buying process as easy as possible for our customers.Our understanding of the many factors that go into your decision has helped us create our “30 day trial period” (see below) that increases the level of comfort our customers feel during the shopping experience. Our local factories allow us to provide a quick turn around time and continue to provide long-term service to our customers as we work to improve your outdoor living experience.
